The Rituals Behind How I Look Radiant Age 63
Morning Routine
Firstly, I wash, tone with rose water, then layer Enhanced Collagen Booster under Elixir Floral. This calms and hydrates skin, then locks in a protective layer for the day ahead.
Night Routine
These are the steps I follow to deep-cleanse and exfoliate. I then let the serums repair my skin overnight.
Bath Ritual

Hair Ritual

Skin - Sagging relaxed skin and a turkey neck so I looked bigger than my actual size which was 7.5 stones in weight and worn size 8 clothes. Hair - I lost 60% of my hair after having my son Alessio in 2003 and was told this was permanent. I had long hair before childbirth, so I decided to cut it short and permed it to create volume.
