Rose floral water has been known for centuries as a facial toner because it helps to maintain a clear complexion, cleanse, purify, firm, tone and hydrate normal skin to make it glow with health. Therefore, this product can be used as a facial cleanser as well to remove dirt and confer extra radiance to skin. On oily skin, it balances the oil contents and tones the skin. Basically, rose floral water helps to balance the skin pH.
It also helps to reduce inflammation, sunburn and increases blood supply. Excellent product for people with rosacea, dark spots and blemishes as well.

I was sent this Rose water which had a chemical which I am allergic to unfortunately I was told the company would only refund the purchase money that I would have to send back which would have cost me roughly same amount .
I would never use the company again not good customer service .

On 18th July, you rang us about your allergy to Sodium benzoate, which by the way is not a 'chemical' but a natural ingredient used on many food products. You said that you bought the Organic rose water cleanser and toner without reading the info. Our Founder stated that all ingredients are clearly listed on the website. Despite this, our Founder offered to refund the full price of £9.29 for the product and out of her good nature, she said you can keep the product to give away to someone who can make good use of it. This also save you time and money sending it back to us. However you insisted on sending it back to us and your later email confirmed the same. Below is your email.

As you can see the content of your review do not trufully represent what actually took place. We are at a loss for words regarding your actions when we went above and byond our responsibilities as a retailer! Standard policy for all retailers requires the return of the product for a full refund, however our Founder offered you to keep the product for free!

Love this toner, I've seen great results when added to my regime.
I have been using this for two weeks now every morning and night and have noticed a big difference in my skin, sun dark spots seem to be fading, skin feels lovely and soft and fresh after use, would certainly recommend this product
Being over 70 years old and a smoker I had little hope of any improvement to my skin but, what a difference this product has made.
