I bought this with the normal elixir & the collagen booster about a month back. On receiving it I tried the Floral which is the one I use most of the time now as I really like the scent. I feels lovely on the face. I decided to leave a review - really liking the product but one big problem for me is the Elixir Floral dispenser leaked every time I used it, therefore wasting serum.
The seller left feedback dismissing me & the fact product had leaked. I have since ordered some more & tried the Floral out of the new bottle - NO leaking !! So, turns out the 1st bottle of Floral I'd received was in fact faulty - leaking product every time I dispensed. Instead of dismissing me the seller could of tried to rectify the matter as this is part of customer service which she did not do. Also I was sent an email with a coupon code in August which didn't even work & when I queried via email 3 times (politely well before she went on holiday) I didn't even get a reply. Again some customer service would of been appreciated. Since there was an offer on for August I bought some more Elixir & assumed that that's why my coupon code didn't work. After realising that I had done nothing wrong & the dispensing was faulty I won't be buying from this seller again - a leaking container is not something to be fobbed off on as far as I am concerned.

First, I am sorry to hear that you feel I have dismissed you but this is not intended nor true.
Second, let's start from the beginning, you left us a 3 star review without any images under Elixir following your first order in July where you bought a large bottle of Elixir and Elixir Floral. Three star because you weren't happy with the airless dispenser used for our serums and much preferred dropper bottle as you were used to this when you were an ex Kate McIver's customer. This I believe to be unwarranted,
I noticed you edited the first review twice yesterday before leaving this 2nd review., I guess this is to ensure the first review aligned with the 2nd one.
Third, from this 2nd review with images, which I think is the faulty Elixir Floral bottle from the 1st order. It appears that you only had problem with Elixir Floral bottle and if this information was provided in the first review, then I would have given different advice. The advice given was based on you having problems with both the bottles of Elixir and Elixir Floral.
In my reply, I provided information on the dropper bottle test, how to use the airless dispenser and the reason for keep using the airless dispenser. Further I suggested to contact us via email or drop us a message if you have any problems like all other customers would do rather than leaving us a 3 star review. It's a simple replacement if there is a fault in our products, as stated in the Refund Policy. More importantly, I offered to send you a dropper bottle free of charge.
No contact from you since the first review.
Then in August, you ordered 2 bottles of large Elixir and Elixir Floral which you received last week. From using the new bottle of Elixir Floral you realised the first order of Elixir Floral bottle is faulty (not both bottles of Elixir and Elixir Floral). Again a simple email to us would sufficie for a new replacement rather than leaving us a 2 star review on here.
Fourth - I am sorry to inform you that we have never received any emails from you, please advise which email address did you used. All email, junk and spam folers are checked daily except when we are closed for holiday as this is family business. I wondered if you sent emails to the software company who sent you the discount code which is Judge.Me and they don't deal with our customers. I guess they would have sent to a no reply message to their email address.
Fifth - Yes it's correct that the automatic discount code overides other discount code which is more benefitical to you, as it's 20% rather than 15%. You can keep the 15% discount code for another order.
Sixth - I suggested you contact us if you have problems and also spent time answering your reviews, therefore I disgree that you have been fobbed off.
Seventh - Within a month, you have bought 6 bottles of Elixir and Elixir Floral, therefore you won't need to buy anymore for quite a while. If you felt our customer service is poor and bottle is leaking, you wouldn't have placed a second order of 4 large bottles of Elixir and Elixir Floral.
Finally I would highly recommend that you contact us if you have any problems via email or leave a message to our social platforms, as this is an effective way of dealing with issues.

Love these products. So good on my skin and people are commenting on how good my skin looks.
They say you don't know what you've got until it's gone, which is especially true for this product! I've been using it daily for a few mobths now along with the Enhanced Collagen Booster serum (you get a discount when you buy both together and they do go hand in hand). The difference these products have made to my skin is incredible. I've worn foundation since I was 14, because my skin was pink, freckly and just had an uneven tone. I'm 45 now and since using these serums for a few months, I can now go foundation free, and confidently too! I'm still freckly of course (which I love) but my skin tone has evened out and feels and looks so smooth and fresh... thank you for creating products which work, please don't ever stop!
Love this serum. Use it along side the collagen repair serum and it makes my skin feel super soft and slightly more youthful. My teenage daughter who has a whole world of skin care products keeps stealing it as she loves it too. I recommend to everyone for all skin and problems. Great product for all.
I absolutely love this. The scent is like walking in to a spa. My Skin feels so fresh and dewy, don't think I could ever go without. I have had bouts of cystic acne and my skins never looked so clear
