What a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my customer of over 10 years. Bhavna used to buy expensive branded skin care products. However after trying my products when I did it as a hobby back in 2012. ! She changed her mind and got her whole family using my products ever since.

We knew each other from school as Alessio and her son went to the same private school. Interestingly we met in the nearly new school uniform sales as I was raising funds for the Parents association.

Recently Bhavna invited me to lunch and she even paid for it, as she read that the 5 years legal with Kate McIver Skin has put me in financial crisis. She was a little upset that I didn't ask her for assistance when I was in desperate times because she would definitely help to put food on my table.

Really lovely genuinely nice customer and a friend, who never ask for a discount for all these years she bought from me. With everything that has been going on, we haven't had any time to meet up but now we will!
