After bathing, scoop a small amount and massage into damp skin from neck to feet. The warmth of your skin will melt it into a silky oil. Best applied at bedtime for the Lavender variant for their soothing and calming properties.

I am not keen on it, it is solid not like whipped cream, lumps are hard to spread until the body temperature starts to melt it. I wear glasses all day and it gets on the glass and I have to clean my glasses several times a day.

I am so sorry to hear that you are not keen on the Whipped organic chea butter in Lavender esssential oil.

Yes it is a bit firmer because it contains 85% organic shea butter which means very little oil or rather almost a pure shea butter product. Shea butter is hard in its raw form and we whipped it with a bit of oils to soften it so it can be apply easily. Body temperature will help to melt it quickly when it's in a cold environment and a little goes a long way.

Due to the small amount of oil being used, it won't whipped into a cream but the Soothing shea butter is like a whipped cream as it contains more oil, however it will not be suitable for you due to the amount of oils used. Soothing shea butter is for very dry skin and skin conditions.

It sounds like you are using this product on your face as a face cream but most customers use it for hands and body or as a night product. Therefore I will send you an email to offer you a free replacement of Rich Face Cream plus I will update the description to make it clearer to customers. Many thanks.

This is the most gorgeous luxurious feeling Shea butter product I have ever used in my life. It feels divine on your skin the whipped texture is something else. It is light but super moisturising leaves your skin feeling like silk. I used this daily on my feet during the first lock down and I can honestly say it’s the only time in my life I had smooth soft skin on my feet.

The formula is identical — only the scent differs. Lavender is calming and sleep-promoting; English Rose is floral and uplifting.

Yes — lavender is well loved for helping you relax and unwind, so it's a lovely one to massage in at the end of the day as part of a bedtime routine.

Best on dry or rough areas — hands, elbows, heels and body. A little can also be used on the face at night.

A little is plenty — it's highly concentrated, so a small amount sinks in and leaves skin soft without feeling oily.

It's gentle and 100% natural, but the lavender scent contains naturally occurring fragrance allergens (geraniol, limonene and linalool), so patch test first — or choose an unscented option if fragrance is a concern.
