Your Questions, Answered
White label means we use our existing, tried-and-tested formulations — the same ones that won multiple awards and built our reputation — and package them under your brand. It's the fastest, most cost-effective route to launching your own range. Bespoke formulation is when we develop something entirely new for you from scratch, tailored to your specific brief, ingredients, and audience. Bespoke takes longer and has higher minimums, but the formula is yours alone. Many of our clients start with white label and move into bespoke once their brand is established.
Minimums depend on the number of products you are buying and whether you're going white label or bespoke. For white label skincare and haircare, we keep MOQs accessible for smaller and growing brands. For bespoke formulation, minimums are higher because we're developing something unique for you. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll give you exact numbers tailored to your project.
For white label, you can usually have branded product in hand within 4–8 weeks from putting down your deposit or full payment, depending on packaging lead times. Bespoke formulation takes longer — typically 3–6 months — because it involves formulation development, stability testing, and sampling. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront so you can plan launches around it.
Yes. We currently supply clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Brexit has added paperwork to EU shipments, but we've continued working with European clients. If you're outside the UK, just let us know in your enquiry and we'll talk you through what's involved.
Absolutely. Unlike many manufacturers, we send full size samples because you can't properly assess a product's texture, scent, or performance without them. We want you to genuinely fall in love with the products before you put your name on them.
Yes, completely. We sign a contract with every white label and bespoke client, and we never share client names, formulations, or any details of our work together without explicit permission. Most of the well-known beauty brands and tech companies we supply prefer to stay anonymous, and we respect that fully.
Everything we make is natural, vegan, cruelty-free, and free from parabens, mineral oils, paraffin, GMO, and synthetic preservatives. We use high concentrations of active ingredients — not the cheap base oils most manufacturers rely on to protect their margins.
