Yes — lavender is well loved for helping you relax and unwind, so it's a lovely one to massage in at the end of the day as part of a bedtime routine.
Best on dry or rough areas — hands, elbows, heels and body. A little can also be used on the face at night.
A little is plenty — it's highly concentrated, so a small amount sinks in and leaves skin soft without feeling oily.
It's gentle and 100% natural, but the lavender scent contains naturally occurring fragrance allergens (geraniol, limonene and linalool), so patch test first — or choose an unscented option if fragrance is a concern.
