We always been a listening company so when one of our customers mentioned that the shipping cost is high, especially for a pensioner. Therefore, we have reduced our shipping costs from £4.79 to £3.99 since Monday.

We do not make money from the shipping cost as it includes the packaging, postage and vat of 20%. When it was £4.79, we still have to subsidise it, not forgetting some orders are sent out via DPD which costs around £7 due to having to pay vat to HMRC.

However, we made the decision in reducing the shipping because this customer has a good point and that she loves our hair products, so don't want to buy from elsewhere. Time is hard for many people right now, being a listening company, we reduced our shipping costs so more people can benefits from our highly effective high quality products.
