Yesterday mummy had a day off due to the Christmas fair being cancelled, so she took me to the Christmas event in the local woods where we toasted marshmallows in the fire, drank hot chocolate, listened to Christmas songs but most of all, l got to speak to Father Christmas. I told him that l have been a good boy so he gave me a little present and the big one will be delivered on Christmas Eve. This very popular free event was organised by Grace Church.

Then home for some afternoon snacks before we head to the local leisure centre to watch Spark! Illuminated drummers performing live there. It was a brilliant performance and the drummers were very friendly so we took a few photos with them. Then we went home for a sumptuous seafood dinner mummy prepared from fresh.

I had a fantastic day on mummy only day off as she has been doing Christmas fairs for 14 days without a break and also recovering from flu that l passed to her for looking after me for the past 2 months. Yes l had been quite sick since October and my mummy has been working every day 7 days a week and then looked after me when she got home including not sleeping so that she watched over me. Also she cooked me lots of my favourite food despite being sick herself. I love my mummy!!!
