This Time Last Year

The date of 19th December 2023 was the date that I received the official decision from the High Court of Appeal that I won the appeal against Kate McIver Skin . I didn't post the decision that day because I was busy working and queuing up for cheap food that I needed desperately to feed my family over the Christmas holidays.

One year on, definitely I am in a better position and my business is thriving, as I can focus on it rather than worrying sick about finding money to fund the legal battle, which KMS dragged on for years. I guess that could be their tactic to bankrupt me so I lose the case by default. I didn't go bankrupt but they did and they were closed down for good by a winding up order that I instigated! Like the old saying: "You will reap what you sow." I believe in karma and that's why I always treat people with respect.

At that time, I didn't have money to feed my family as every penny went to pay my legal team. Thanks to the social supermarkets and Zero Waste - Liverpool for feeding me and my family. I still use the social supermarkets as this is the only way to save money because I am not out of the woods yet. Also a big shot out to everyone who donated to my Crowd funding and Go Fund me pages, as without these monies, I could have lost my case by simply not able to pay my legal team, so no legal representation.

Also another massive thanks to Christine M Stafford and her husband for raising funds to enable me to buy food for the Christmas periods. Not only I got cash, I also received lots of food and toys for Alessio.

I haven't forgot the lovely kind Paula Burquest Dwyer for giving loads of new presents for Alessio to open on Christmas Day. Thank you.

More thanks to Justin Hopper and Amanda Rachel Moss for providing free publicity by publishing articles about me and the legal battle. This really helps to raise awareness of my company and spreading the truth about what Kate McIver Skin did to my company. I spent £360,000 and only got about £2000 from KMS because my lawyer decided not to charge me for some services, so that I got some money!

Thank you so much to everyone and because of your help that I am still here and able to provide for my family. You will be rewarded because there's good karma as well as bad karma! Believe it because it will happen when you least expected.
