The Incredible Edible Knowsley

Thank you so much for this amazing community charitable organisation from the bottom of my heart. They provide quality food at incredible low prices to so many people across Knowsley. I do live in a very nice borough.

This morning, I spent 1.5 hours queuing inside a marquee drinking tea whilst waiting for my turn to shop. Absolutely wonderful service and chatted to a few people too!

I got over 30 food items plus some freebies for £10, . Alessio finished the two free Muller corner yoghurts, as soon as he got home from college. Who could resist the Cadburys Milk Tray, especially when it's totally free of charge?

We are so lucky to have these charities feeding us and providing a space for socialisation, thank you also to the volunteers and I chatted to two of them as they played chess. I told them I can't play with them as I will beat them in no time being a top chess player a long time ago.

I find myself in this situation needing to buy food from charities and indeed went to the food bank last week because of the spiralling legal costs from the ongoing legal battle against Kate McIver Skin. It’s either not able to pay the legal costs or eat expired food and no heating. I have no choice but to choose the latter. This is a major change for my family from only eating organic food previously. Every penny saved will be used to pay for the legal costs.

Not only I have to get a personal loan to pay for the appeal, I also have to find money to take KMS back to court for the debarring application under the Injunction order. The other is to obtain ANOTHER court order against KMS as they refused to discuss settlement of legal costs to me AS ORDERED BY COURT for winning the security costs application end of September. The appeal cost is now heading towards £100,000 started since May and going up week by week having spent £200,000 already for the main trial in April. I feel totally utterly despair with the whole situation as this has been going on nearly 5 years just for me to reclaim my Elixir a miracle product that I created, Why? Why? Why? All I can say is that my family and I are suffering, so is my business! However, we will fight on and win the appeal again and let the world know the truth!
