I feel so blessed for all the published articles about me and my company for the past month. Four published articles, what an achievement! All publicity help to raise my brand profile to the public, so thank you!

This is the hardest interview I have done as I had spent quite a bit of time reflecting on my business values and work practices. This particular issue of The Beauty Reports magazine focused on eco-friendly & sustainable labels and packaging by beauty companies. Therefore I feel so honoured to be a part of it. Please go to page 12 and the actual interview is on page 55-57.

I guess most people don't read the policies when they come to my website and here's the Core Business Values on Sustainability:

• Eco-Friendly Packaging: Utilise recyclable, biodegradable, or reusable packaging materials to minimise environmental impact whenever it’s possible. We recycle 100% of packaging from our suppliers.
• Energy Efficiency: Implement and maintain energy-efficient practices within production facilities to reduce carbon footprint. This is possible as our production room is south facing so it has plenty of natural sunlight without the need to switch on the lights during the summer months.
• Waste Reduction: Prioritise reducing waste in all operations, from ingredient procurement to final product delivery, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

Yes we are a truly eco-friendly company, so don't be surprised that you received your order in a recycled box!
