On a wet cold snowy Sunday afternoon, I would like to share some happy stories from my business.
1. In 2023, an ex Kate McIver Skin customer contacted me after placing an order to express her shock and support for me over the court battle. This lady is from Spain and has been a customer since and a few weeks ago, she decided to become a distributor stocking Elixir and Elixir Floral. Therefore if you know anyone from Spain looking to buy our botox in a bottle, please let me know.
2. Last summer, a lady attempted to place an order on the website without success because she is living in Romania and we don't ship to this country. Therefore she wrote to me for help and I realised she is actually from Italy. I suggested to send the parcel to Milan. Then she had problems of paying as Romania does not use Euros. At the end she succeeded and parcel sent to Milan. Two weeks later, Royal Mail said parcel was lost, so I sent out another parcel. Both parcels arrived in Milan at the end so she wanted to return one parcel. We talked for a while and she really liked the products, so she decided to keep both parcels and paid for the 2nd parcel, just under £300 in total. All in all a good outcome.
This customer actually discovered my company via reading my story in a national newspaper on Google news when she was searching for natural organic skincare. Wow thank you Google for promoting my company to all over the globe. The Ladies who launch from USA also discovered me on Google and they spent £500 for their event in London!
3. I have a customer who has been placing large orders over £150 regularly and often I wondered how he discovered my company. He has been buying 3 - 4 sets of Elixir Floral and Enhanced Collagen Booster at £54.99 per set.
My opportunity arrived when he wrote to me about a new delivery address. He explained that he met me at Met Quarter in the summer 2023 and spent time listening to my son's story. Also I provided some advice on skincare, so he bought a set of Enhanced Collagen Booster and Elixir.
Recently I have quite a number of new customers, they could be customers from the craft fairs, recommendation from existing customers or read my stories or articles on the national newspapers. No matter how, I am extremely grateful for all the business as with your support, I can continue to provide high quality, as well as highly effective skincare at affordable prices.
