In all the years running my business, I have never received any fake review until about two weeks ago:
"Unfortunately after spraying on my face my whole face came out in a huge rash and enflamed, completely bright red 🙁 have never experienced this before so I am not usually sensitive"
I read every single review left on the websit and this one caught my attention because it was flagged up as not verified because this lady didn't place an order online. Therefore I emailed this lady straight away asking where she bought the rose water toner from and did she buy other products. Her reply was that she bought it from Warrington Hospital and also bought 3 gift boxes. My reply was that I only went to Warrington hospital twice and it was so quiet that I stopped going a year ago. More importantly I didn't sell gift boxes when I was out with my pop-up shop last year. I have not heard from her since!!

I am writing to highlight the potential damage to my business caused by this unscrupulous lady e.g. refunding for products that she never bought and a bad review on the website. This is a warning to any business owners to check any bad reviews carefully as there are some nasty people out there just want to make a quick buck or two by destroying someone's business.
