We want to thank all of our fantastic customers for your continued support during these unprecedented times.
Due to increased demand for Royal Mail’s delivery service, many of our shoppers have noticed delays in the arrival of their online orders, so here at Yours Naturally Naturally Yours we have decided to change the way we work and have switched our delivery service to courier service with DPD.
Although our new delivery service is more costly to us, we have decided to absorb this cost as customer service is our main priority. This means that your skincare parcels are guaranteed for next day delivery after collection at the same delivery cost as usual.
We would like to sincerely apologise for any delays in delivery for those who have waited longer for their #YNNY products whilst we have set our new service up.
