Refund Policy
• Where a product has been damaged in transport or is found to be defective and is returned to us within 14 days of delivery unused and in its original packaging together with proof of purchase. We will then inspect the item and should this be proven to be the point a full refund will be issued and postage costs. This will be done within 28 days.
• Please note the return of parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. Additional parcel insurance is recommended when returning goods valued over £30.
• If you should wish to return an item within the 7 day cooling off period allowed by law, apart from items personalised for you. We will issue a full refund of your item. However you will remain fully responsible for the shipping charges in returning the item to us.
• If any goods which form part of a bundle offer are returned, then the remaining items will revert to their normal prices and will be refunded accordingly.
• Any refund due to you will only be made to the same payment form originally used, e.g. PayPal.
