Love the rose water

Love it! This is my new go to toner. My sensitive skin had no reaction and my skin feels so hydrated when applied. I’ve now also bought a cleaners, moisturiser, two serums, a lip oil and shampoo and conditioner and love them all. I only came across these products because I could no longer purchase my Kate McIver serum and when I tried to I came across an article about the court case so I then went to the ynny website and purchased my serums from there. So glad I found this skincare, it really is gorgeous

I haven't used this before but am very impressed. Leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh, ready for serum, which is fantastic too.

Very dissopointed

I was sent this Rose water which had a chemical which I am allergic to unfortunately I was told the company would only refund the purchase money that I would have to send back which would have cost me roughly same amount .
I would never use the company again not good customer service .

On 18th July, you rang us about your allergy to Sodium benzoate, which by the way is not a 'chemical' but a natural ingredient used on many food products. You said that you bought the Organic rose water cleanser and toner without reading the info. Our Founder stated that all ingredients are clearly listed on the website. Despite this, our Founder offered to refund the full price of £9.29 for the product and out of her good nature, she said you can keep the product to give away to someone who can make good use of it. This also save you time and money sending it back to us. However you insisted on sending it back to us and your later email confirmed the same. Below is your email.

Sorry to say after my Rose water received I noticed one ingredient that I am allergic.
The ingredient is Sodium Benzoate.
I am happy to send back I the package you sent me so I will wait for your instructions.
